Am I Eligible?
Route 1 – Route 1 assesses the eligibility of the customer/household based on their gross annual income.
· Annual income is assessed for ALL adult occupants residing in the household (unless under the age of 18 years and in full time education)
Combined household annual gross income must be £31,000 or less.
Route 3 – Route 3 assesses the eligibility of the customer or household member based on their illness(es)
The occupier(s) must be medically diagnosed with one or more of the following;
· A cardiovascular condition
· A respiratory disease
· Limited mobility
· Immunosuppression disorder
