How Do I Apply for the Home Energy Grant?

ECO4 Qualifying Criteria
Key Requirements:
- You are the property homeowner or private tenant.
- Your home EPC rating must be E, F or G.
- The measures installed must improve the overall property efficiency rating by at least 2 SAP bands.
Qualifying Benefits:
- Child Tax Credits (CTC)
- Income based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
- Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
- Pension Credit Savings Credit
- Universal Credit (UC)
- Working Tax Credit (WTC)
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
Child Benefit Income Threshold:
If you do not claim any of the above benefits, you may still qualify if you receive Child Benefit and your household income is below the following thresholds:
